Just wanted to say thanks for being able to work on my serger while I waited last Friday. You have done that for me a time or 2 in the past. I use my machines a lot & it's a long drive from Coon Rapids to drop off & pick up unless it was a major repair that was going to take a long time. There is a JoAnn's about 3 1/2 miles from my house but they don't work on things there & it is a week or 2 to get it back....just not the personal touch there is at your shop.

Customer Feedback

As an owner of a small sewing business, my machines are very important to me. My Viking sewing machine and sergers get consistent, heavy (though careful) use and I credit Gratz with keeping them going for probably way past their expected life. I am very used to these machines and was heart-broken when a shop close to my home told me that my Viking was to old to fix and I should pick out a new machine. Though Gratz is quite a drive for me I took the machine to them and they had the parts to fix "old-reliable" and have since been my only stop for service on all of my machines. These are wonderful people to work with!

Dear Gratz Sewing,

I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with your store! I had already visited two other dealers before walking into your store and wasn't quite happy with what they were offering. The machines were nice enough, but their service left a little bit to be desired. It seemed as if they were more interested in making a sale than helping me out. When I walked into your store I saw that you had in-store repairs and was informed that you don't send machines out to be repaired. This was a plus, because it was one of the major things that I was looking for. To me, the machine I was going to buy didn't really matter, it was the service. You helped steer me towards the perfect machine that not only fit my needs, but my budget as well. Although it took a week for me to return to the store to purchase my machine, I had already decided to purchase it from you because you had such excellent customer service; no one pressured me into buying anything that I didn't need, didn't want, or didn't have the money for, and you've been around for such a very long time. I felt I couldn't go wrong buying something from you. And I haven't. My machine is wonderful and I haven't hesitated a second in telling everyone I know about your store and the products you sell! Keep up the great work!
