Privacy Policy

The privacy of your personal information is an important issue. Please be assured that Gratz Sewing treats your personal information as private and will not share it with any other party. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise communicate your e-mail address to anyone.

Returns & Refunds

New or used machines purchased must be returned within 10 days in order to receive a full cash or credit card refund.

Notions or parts purchased must be returned within 60 days for a full cash or credit card refund.

Repairs

All repair labor and parts are warranted for a period of 120 days.

Repairs should be picked up as soon as possible after the customer is notified that they are ready. Any finished repair left over 6 months will become the property of Gratz Sewing.

Trade-Ups

All new or used machines purchased at Gratz Sewing carry a one year trade-up guarantee.

Customers may purchase a machine at a higher value and just pay the difference (plus tax) between the two machines.
